A directory and direct-booking channel.
Visitar.com publishes information about destinations and independent places to stay. Some properties publish live availability for immediate booking; others accept a request that they must confirm.
The business named on each profile provides the accommodation. Visitar.com transmits the booking or request, tracks its status and handles the deposit payment or authorisation under the conditions accepted by the guest.
Rules of use
Use the service honestly and lawfully.
When using the site, you agree not to:
- give false information, impersonate another person or submit a request without the guest’s authority;
- interfere with security, bypass limits, test vulnerabilities without permission or automate abusive traffic;
- copy, republish or exploit protected content commercially without permission;
- use the service for an unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose.

We use official registers and identified sources to check property information. An unclaimed profile may contain only public factual information; publication does not imply a commercial relationship with, or approval by, the property. We correct properly evidenced inaccuracies.
Clear limits
Each party is responsible for its own role.
Visitar.com is responsible for the directory, the booking and request process, and handling the deposit. The property is responsible for availability it publishes or confirms, the premises and services offered, and providing the stay as confirmed.
We work to keep the site available and information correct, but interruptions or errors can occur. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or reduces mandatory consumer rights.
