The property
Look Living is a design-led apartment property in a restored building on Rua da Boavista. The current website presents six private apartments, from a 65-square-metre studio to two-bedroom layouts of about 110 square metres. Kitchens, generous living areas and soundproofing make them suitable for more than a brief overnight stay, while the ground-floor Intenso restaurant adds breakfast and dinner without turning the building into a conventional hotel.
The western edge of Cais do Sodré places the property between the nightlife district and the increasingly residential streets towards Santos. Apartment position still matters. Lower units sit closer to the restaurant and surrounding bars, and the historic entrance involves initial steps before the lift. Guests who need quiet or step-free access should ask about the route and floor rather than rely on the broad description of the building.
Planning your stay
Eight apartment registrations at Rua da Boavista 67A-69B have a combined official capacity of 58. The current property website advertises six private apartments measuring roughly 65 to 110 m², so the registration count should not be read as current bookable inventory. Apartments are self-contained and the on-site Intenso restaurant serves the building.

Before you book
The apartments feel genuinely generous, and guests repeatedly value the thoughtful design, comfortable beds and personal welcome. Breakfast at the restaurant is another strong point. The building is not acoustically identical from floor to floor: music from nearby venues can reach lower apartments, and the lift is reached only after the entrance steps. For a longer stay, it is also worth asking how the breakfast format varies from day to day.
This summary draws on guest reviews published between March and August 2026. We last reviewed it in September 2026.
The area
This address is west of the transport hub and Pink Street, where Cais do Sodré begins to merge into Santos. Restaurants and nightlife remain close, but the immediate rhythm differs from the streets beside the station.
