The apartment
Lisbon Lights has two apartments in a traditional building on Travessa da Pereira. Fado is on the first floor and Eléctrico on the second; both are registered for four guests and include a full kitchen, washing machine and furnished outdoor space. From the terrace or patio, the view runs across Graça’s roofs towards the Tagus.
The lane sits just below Largo da Graça, close to the centre of the area but firmly within its older hillside streets. Getting there takes a little effort: the apartments are reached by stairs, and wheeled cases meet cobbles on the way. These are homes in a residential building, so voices and ordinary household noise may carry. In return, you get room to cook, sit outside and watch the light change over Lisbon.
Planning your stay
Two registrations cover the apartments at Travessa da Pereira 24, each with capacity for four people. Fado is on the first floor and Eléctrico on the second. Both current offers include a kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi and furnished outdoor space.

Before you book
The outdoor space is what guests remember, followed by the roomy interiors, useful kitchens and a responsive host. Many enjoy waking in a residential street instead of a purpose-built visitor complex. The two apartments are different homes: Fado and Eléctrico sit on different floors, have different outlooks and should not be booked from a shared set of photographs. Stairs are unavoidable, and occasional sound from the street or adjoining homes is part of the setting.
This summary draws on guest reviews published between January 2025 and August 2026. We last reviewed it in September 2026.
The area
Travessa da Pereira is a narrow hillside lane just below Largo da Graça. The square is close, but the approach includes cobbles and stairs and may be awkward with heavy luggage.
