The apartment
More room for a group stay
Lisbon Times has three self-contained apartments in one building on Rua Feio Terenas. Two sleep up to five people and the largest up to eight, making this one of the more practical Graça options for a family or group. Every apartment has a kitchen, washing machine and dishwasher; a balcony or terrace is included only in selected layouts.
The address is north of Graça’s main square, on the Penha de França side of the hill. You gain more living space and a residential setting, but the principal sights are not immediately outside the door. Look at the photographs and floor plan for the named apartment, not the property as a whole. The three layouts differ in size, floor, beds and outdoor space, and guests have occasionally found them easy to confuse.

Groups appreciate the generous layouts, useful kitchens and hosts who respond quickly when plans change. Cleanliness and value also receive warm comments. The three apartments should be considered separately: floor, beds and outdoor space vary, and the photographs can be easy to mix up. A few stays have also been affected by sound from the apartment above or inconsistent hot water and cooling.
