Groups appreciate the generous layouts, useful kitchens and hosts who respond when plans change. Cleanliness and value are frequent strengths. The three apartments are not equivalent, particularly in outdoor space and sleeping arrangement, and a few guests have found the category photographs easy to confuse. Sound from the apartment above and differences in hot water or cooling have also mattered on some stays. Check the exact floor plan, terrace and bed arrangement.

The area
Rua Feio Terenas
This is a residential address north of central Graça, close to Penha de França. It is less convenient for an effortless walk back from Baixa, but suits guests who value apartment space over a doorstep sightseeing position.
